Total UK Refining and Marketing

Total UK is the UK refining and marketing operation for the Total Group. Our Lindsey Oil Refinery on the East Coast at Killingholme, Lincolnshire, refines over 220,000 barrels of oil every day, which are turned into a wide range of products, from different types of liquid fuels to gas, special fluids and bitumen.

Once the finished products leave the refinery, they are distributed around the UK by road, rail, sea and underground pipelines. TOTAL has oil storage terminals at strategic locations around England, Wales, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

The Specialities division manufactures and sells lubricants, bitumen products and petroleum-based solvents into the transport, building and manufacturing sectors. We are also one of the country’s leading suppliers of aviation fuels, supplying London’s Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports, as well as many smaller airfields around the country.
